BINGHAM LABS

The Future of Utility & Productivity

Transforming Infrastructure with Agentic AI

Bingham Labs is spearheading a groundbreaking initiative at the nexus of advanced Smart-Grid technology and sophisticated Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our project centers on deploying a customized tablet program to fundamentally transform user productivity and local economic activity.

Our Objective

Transformative Productivity

The primary grant goal is to develop and showcase a truly transformative Smart-Grid model designed to demonstrably increase the productivity and efficiency of its users **just by talking to the AI**. We plan to offer agentic automation as a core, personalized service.

Agentic Automation: Power in Conversation

The AI agent acts as an intelligent digital assistant capable of autonomously executing complex, multi-step tasks based on high-level user instructions, transforming minutes of effort into seconds of conversation.

Correspondence & Research

Instruct Agent to write a letter, look up an address, or securely collect medical results with a single command.

Finance & Scheduling

Create a monthly budget, schedule multi-attendee meetings, and manage time automatically.

Communication Triage

Sort emails by important and automatically unsubscribe from junk mail lists.

Media & Logistics

Navigate on their TV, manage streaming services, or facilitate ordering food instantly.

Personal Development

Task the agent to find and enroll the user in a relevant online class or educational course.

Model Innovation

Generating robust, real-world operational models that include unique, proprietary AI agent software architecture.

Economic Impact & Novelty

Focused Intent vs. Random Service

Although there is currently lots of talk about service for personal assistants, it is random compared to the **focused intent of assistance within a specific corridor**. Bingham Labs believes this focus will generate a superior **economic multiplier effect and synergy** within the community.

Pioneering Agent Models

Including AI with personal agents is new and requires real-world data models. Most existing models don’t account for the specialized software that comes with our AI agents. This is an **economic development project** designed to actively stimulate localized growth.

Funding Milestones & Future Scope

Milestone 1: Initial Evaluation Grant Application

Application already submitted for a substantial **\$3 million evaluation grant** to the Congressional Transit and Infrastructure Subcommittee.

Milestone 2: Prototype Demonstration (Current Focus)

Seeking this **\$3 million grant from the DDA** to fund the development and deployment of the prototype models (the 100-200 person beta test). This is the immediate goal.

Milestone 3: Ultimate Proof-of-Concept Corridor

The long-term vision is to use the validated data from the prototypes as the foundation for a massive **\$100 million Smart-Grid “Proof-of-Concept” corridor** extending from the DDA area all the way to Golden.

Milestone 4: A 210 Mile Corridor

25 connected towns from Fort Collins to Denver and up the I-70 corridor to the Eagle County Vail Airport.
This is a $1 Billion Infrastructure for an AI Smart Grid Experiment.
